Modernization
A significant share in the SSRZ Midel total portfolio of orders are fleet refitting and modernization contracts. Only just during the last few years, more than 50 projects on ships refitting have been implemented.
The following works are carried out at the plant:
- conversion of dry cargo ships into tankers;
- vessels conversion into heavy fuel;
- raising of tankers tank top;
- strengthening of vessel's hull;
- superstructure refitting;
